Co-owner's Lolly Frederick and Mary Lou Emami have worked with and provided training programs to upgrade employee skill and business process for more than 50 years combined experience.

Lolly Frederick

Lolly has been working with the Business Community for over 23 years.  She has worked with large and small business as well as service organizations in developing a variety of training projects – everything from basic skills training to complex specialized training. 

Her experience includes active participation with many area Chambers of Commerce and Manufacturing & Industrial Associations.  She has a strong background in assisting companies receive grant funding in order to reduce their cost of training. 

Lolly began her own educational achievements’ as an adult learner by earning her College of DuPage Associate Degree, A National Louis University Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from Northern Illinois University. 

Mary Lou Emami 

Mary Lou started working with the Business Community over 25 years ago.  During that time, she has developed a training partnership with both small and large companies in the area including Alcatel-Lucent, A.T& T., Bell Labs, General Motors, Ace Hardware, General Mills, IMI Cornelius, Val-Matic Valves, D & R Technology and Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. 

She has worked with numerous grants to help these and many other companies receive grant funding to help reduce the cost of their training
